AIDS Prevention
|
A whole generation is almost
gone. Many children
are left with aging grandparents, neighbors, or anybody who can care for them. What
answer do you give when the children cry out for help? What can really help? How
can we stop the dying?
The children who have experienced the sorrow of losing their parents to AIDS are
determined to "stop the monster."

| Rita, a volunteer nurse at F.A.V.O. headquarters
in Matunda, gives emotional support to AIDS victims. In addition, she
gives a few pain pills, but her supply is inadequate. |
At the Community Learning Center, AIDS prevention is taught using games, plays,
and videos. We are delighted that contributers such as you to help to pay for equipment to convey this
vital information.
Learning materials and videos are being developed by volunteers with FAVO and All One People.
The answers come from the determination of the children, their caregivers, and people who
send their love across the miles.
Things are starting to happen. We can help turn the tide.

"Come to my rescue. Come to my rescue.
It's a

a monster.
We need education."
